The personal information is collected under the City of Toronto Act, 2006, s. 136(c) and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Any personal information collected by a third party vendor acting as an agent for the City of Toronto will be used for sending Relief Line North related information materials, and further public consultation invitations. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
